PURPOSE: A method for detecting interaction of novel biopolymers is provided to enhance accuracy and perform novel real time non-antibody analysis. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting interaction between a bait and prey comprises: a step of preparing cells having a first component and second component; a step of detecting intracellular distribution of the first component and second component and a step of treating a signal substance. The first component contains a first marker, bait and mobile module having protein kinase C or its C1 domain. The second component contains a prey and second marker. A mutant containing protein kinase C and its C1 domain comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1, 3, 5, or 7. The treatment using the signal substance is performed with 50nM-5μM of PMA(Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate).
