The clamp (10) has a base body (11) situated in a rear part and extending axially in a single plane via a fixed centring axle (12) with large length to penetrate into a duct of urethra. The base body is provided with a notch (11a) for pivoting a prong (13) of longitudinal curvilinear configuration and in a transverse cross-section in form of a splint, and pierced by an aperture situated in a plane above the axle. The curvilinear prong grips the outer half-volume of prostate, so as to retain and hold the prostate.
