PURPOSE: A floor finish method using loess panels and a finish structure by the same are provided to achieve environmentally friendly and immune effects by the loess panels and to improve endurance and exterior appearance by the loess panels. CONSTITUTION: A floor finish method is as follows. One or more loess panels(30) are manufactured and attached to a concrete wall. Side and intermediate frames(50a,50b) are attached to the concrete wall to enclose the side edges of the loess panels. The loess panel is made from rice straw, loess, flour, and an adhesive.
