PURPOSE: A cylindrical two stage artificial fish reef is provided to improve settlement and habitation of various marine lives under proper environment. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical two stage artificial fish reef comprises: a saw blade protrusion(10) which is formed in a longitudinal direction; a bottom support plate which supports a structure of the artificial fish reef on the bottom of the sea; a pair of front exit hole which is penetrated in a arch form; a first exit hole of fish habitat having a pair of back exit hole; and a central through hole(60) which is separated a constant interval along a longitudinal direction of the fish reef.
