<p>PURPOSE: A mechanical patterning apparatus with multi-needles for manufacturing CIGS solar cell is provided to enhance patterning accuracy and mass producibility. CONSTITUTION: The mechanical patterning apparatus with multi-needles for manufacturing CIGS solar cell includes the z-axis stage(210), the pressure supply means(240) and the needle(250), and the needle feeding means(260) for electrode metallization. The needle feeding means exchanges and supplies the needle. The needle feeding means includes the revolver system and the needle. The revolver system includes the motor(262), and disk rotation body(264). The revolver system is connected to the motor. The rotation body includes the holes. The rotation body includes cylindrical body(266) of the hollow. The needle consists of the head unit, and the pillar section and the contact unit.</p> |
