PURPOSE: A wire rod guiding device for a surface defect detecting apparatus is provided to easily and conveniently repair the device while increasing wire excursion accuracy by removing foreign materials between a fixing block and a guide member. CONSTITUTION: A wire rod guiding device(1) for a surface defect detecting apparatus comprises a device base(10), a guide fixing block(20,30), and a guide member(40,50). The guide fixing block is attachably assembled on the both sides of a detecting device(130). A magnetic saturation coil(C) is installed inside the guide fixing block. The guide member supports the detecting a device. The guide member guides progressing wires.
