PURPOSE: A road lane indicating plate and a construction method thereof are provided to be semi-permanently used, enable a driver to obtain visibility in night driving, and prevent traffic lane from being often painted. CONSTITUTION: A road lane indicating plate comprises a lower plate(100), an intermediate plate(200), and an upper plate(300). The lower plate is formed in the cross-sectional shape. A projection(110) is formed at the rim of the lower plate. The intermediate plate is inserted into the projection and has a hollow(210). The upper plate is inserted into the hollow of the intermediate plate.
