PURPOSE: An image display device and a method for controlling the same are provided to variously execute contents through multi-process by downloading the contents. CONSTITUTION: An image display device comprises: a first processor(500) which outputs sound or image through a display unit or speaker; and a second processor(600) execute IPC(interprocess communication) with the first processor. The first processor controls process of broadcast signal and operation of the display unit and speaker. The second process receives application program from the first processor. |
