摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic condenser is provided to produce a solid electrolytic condenser with high ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance) property by densely forming a conductive macromolecule film on a dielectric oxide film. CONSTITUTION: A solid electrolytic condenser comprises a valve metal(1), a dielectric oxide film(2), and an electrolyte layer(3). The dielectric oxide film is formed by anodizing the surface of the valve metal. The electrolyte layer is formed on the dielectric oxide film by a chemical oxide polymerization. An oxidant for the chemical oxide polymerization comprises an ammonium peroxodisulfate. The electrolyte layer comprises a conductive polymer.
