<p>The grave lantern has a lantern body and a lantern foot (10). The lantern foot has two telescopic pipes (12,14) that fit into each other. The former pipe is fixed at the lantern body and latter is fixed at a floor space. A locking device is provided to fix the two pipes in different positions relative to each other.</p>
