ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode is provided to control the exfoliation of a metal wiring and a sealant by forming a plurality of bond enforcement holes on a metal wiring. CONSTITUTION: An insulating layer is formed on a substrate member. A metal wiring(179) is formed on the insulating layer. The metal wiring has a plurality of bond enforcement holes(1795). The area of a plurality of bond enforcement holes ranges from about 5% to 60% of total area of the metal wiring. A sealant is formed on the metal wiring. A sealing member is attached on the sealant. The insulating layer and the sealant are touched each other through the bond enforcement hole of the metal wiring. The insulating layer and the sealant are made of a ceramic material.
