PURPOSE: A transporting apparatus capable of generating electricity is provided to generate an electric power through the operation of the transporting apparatus by a generation unit and a charge unit. CONSTITUTION: A transporting apparatus capable of generating electricity comprises: a tire wheel(100) including multiple spokes(200); a hub connected to the spokes; a fixed axis(500) combined with the hub; a generation unit(600) connected to one side of the spokes to generate electricity through the rotation of the spokes by rotating with the spokes together; a charge unit charged with the electricity generated from the generation unit; and an electricity consumption unit electrically connected to the charge unit.
