PURPOSE: An oral fast-disintegrating tablet of memantine hydrochloride is provided to easily take without water and use for a dysphagia patient. CONSTITUTION: An oral fast-disintegrating tablet of memantine hydrochloride is manufacturing through wet-granulation of memantine hydrochloride, spray-dried mannitol, crospovidone, binding agent, and sweetening agent. The tablet additionally contains pharmaceutically acceptable additive. The tablet contains 0.1-10 weight% of memantine hydrochloride.
