PURPOSE: A boiler for a hot water floor and a hot water floor with the same are provided to allow hot water to flow along a hot water pipe in the hot water floor by including a hot water tank, a heating member, a drain pipe, and intake pipe. CONSTITUTION: A boiler for a hot water floor and a hot water floor with the same comprise a hot water tank(B1), a heating member(B2), a drain pump(P1), and an intake pump(P2). The hot water tank stores the hot water. The heating member heats hot water inside the hot water tank when electricity is applied. The drain pump drains the hot water of the hot water tank to the hot water floor. The intake pump lets the hot water of the hot water floor to the hot water tank.
