PURPOSE: A toe protective brace for athletes foot treatment and prevention is provided to enable a user to treat and prevent athletes foot by wearing the brace on the toes while sleeping or resting. CONSTITUTION: A toe protective brace is manufactured by the following steps: mixing 0.01~2 parts by weight of nano silver powder with a particle diameter of 50~200 nanometers and 20~50 parts by weight of isocyanate to 100 parts by weight of polyol high and the polyol; and hardening the mixture into a gel form with 20~80 of hardness. The toe protective brace is formed in a shape of a thimble to put in the toes of a user. The toe protective brace supports the toes while filling the space in between each toe.
