PURPOSE: A maleic acid polyester polyol composition is provided to ensure proper viscosity for facilitating processing while increasing a functional group number of the maleic acid polyester polyol, and to secure mechanical property and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A maleic acid polyester polyol composition for preparing polyurethanes, unsaturated-polyester resins, and unsaturated polyurethanes is obtained by reacting 30~45 weight% maleic acid, 10 ~ 70 weight% polyhydric acid represented by chemical formula 1, and 0 ~ 60 weight% polyhydric alcohol represented by chemical formula 2.
