PURPOSE: A stretching chair is provided to enable a user to easily come down from the chair if a problem of the chair occurs during the stretching. CONSTITUTION: A stretching chair comprises the following: a seating plate(200) supporting the buttocks of a user; a back supporter(100) supporting the back of the user while being hinge-connected to the seating plate; a leg unit(300) fixing the legs of the user while being hinge-connected to the seating plate; an air bag(400) installed on the back supporter or the seating plate; a compressor(500) injecting air into the air bag.
