PURPOSE: An iron collecting apparatus is provided to effectively transfer iron floating on a flow path without affecting the flow of the flow path, and to prevent a secondary damage of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An iron collecting apparatus comprises the following: a frame(10) located on the upper side and the lower side of the apparatus; plural sliding members(20) collecting and separating iron collected from a flow path while moving the upper side and the lower side of the frame; and plural guide members(30) guiding the movement of the sliding members while connecting the upper side and the lower side of the frame. The plural sliding members collect the iron by the intensity of a varied magnetic force against a separating state with each other.
