PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for a call forwarding service based on a location in a wireless communication network are provided to select a call incoming target terminal according to the location of a receiving terminal, thereby efficiently providing a call forwarding service. CONSTITUTION: An LBS(Location Based Service) server(100) offers location information of user terminals. A call connection request is detected from the first user terminal to the second user terminal among user terminals. And a call forwarding server(200) forwards a call to one receiving target terminal of a receiving target terminal list if the call forwarding condition is satisfied according to the location and state of the second user terminal.
