PURPOSE: A cross-sectional shape design method of a middle dice of a multistage shape drawing process using a virtual mold design method and a cross roller guide and a linear motion guide which are designed using the method are provided to obtain excellent measurement degree in comparison with a design by a field worker. CONSTITUTION: A cross-sectional shape design method of a middle dice of a multistage shape drawing process comprises the following steps: calculating a minimum diameter of a circle contacting with a final shape; deciding the diameter of initial material based on the minimum diameter of circle; forming a virtual mold; randomly obtaining a first cross-sectional shape; obtaining a second cross-sectional shape by expanding the final shape; deciding the cross section into the middle dice shape by cutting a central part of a second virtual mold; and deciding the middle dice shape by repeating the steps.
