PURPOSE: A torque angle sensor and an electronic power steering apparatus with the same is provided to reduce raw material costs by reducing volume and weight and reduce error of torque measurement according to temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A torque angle sensor and electronic power steering apparatus with the same comprise an input rotor(310), an output rotor(320), and a probe assembly(330). In the input rotor, an open part(313) and a non-open part are alternately formed by cutting a part of an outer circumference. In the output rotor, a cut part and a non-cut part are alternately formed by cutting a part of an outer circumference. The probe assembly comprises a signal generator, an amplifier, and an inductor to measure torque created between an output shaft and an input shaft.
