PURPOSE: An environment-friendly flame-resistant insulation material is provided to reduce poisonous gas, suppress the transition of fire, and improve fire resistance. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly flame-resistant insulation material comprises a polyethylene foamed sheet(10), aluminum sheets(21,22), adhesive penetration preventive membranes(31,32), flame-resistant adhesive layers(41,42) and a heat sealing layer(51,52). The flame-resistant adhesive layer welds the aluminum sheet and the adhesive penetration preventive membrane. The heat sealing layer welds the polyethylene foamed sheet and the adhesive penetration preventive membrane.
