PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system using solar heat is provided to heat a room by using solar heat as a heating source and cool the room by using an absorption refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system using solar heat comprises a hot water tank(42), a multifunctional heat exchanger, an absorption refrigerator(50), a cold water supply pipe(58), an FCU(70), an FCU cold water collecting pipe(74), and a cold water collecting pipe(60) The hot water tank stores hot water heated by the radiant heat which is collected through a heat-collecting plate(40) from solar heat. The multifunctional heat exchanger supplies and collects the hot water heated by the hot water tank through a main supply pipe(44) and a main collecting pipe(46). The absorption refrigerator supplies and collects the hot water through a hot water supply pipe(54) and a hot water collecting pipe(56) so as to produce cold water. The cold water supply pipe supplies the cold water produced by the absorption refrigerator to the main supply pipe. The FCU is connected to the main supply pipe through the FCU cold water supply pipe(72). The FCU cools a room using the cold water provided through the FCU cold water supply pipe. The FCU cold water collecting pipe connects the FCU and the main collecting pipe to each other. The cold water collecting pipe connects the main collecting pipe and the absorption refrigerator.
