FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: cylindrical autogenic graft of diametre not less than half-width of a joint space is cut out so that said space divides it in the ratio 1:2, to form two fragments of different sizes, greater of which is taken of a bone with a smaller defect. The autogenic graft is turned around with overlapping the region of an arthrodesed joint or a false joint. ^ EFFECT: technique enables to eliminate micromotion of the graft. ^ 10 dwg
