Method for protecting a powered support in a long mining face against slipping and turnover by means of a rope involves attachment of all the sections of the support to each other with a rope by means of movable roller grips and movable tensioning devices on end sections of longwall face. Roller grips are installed in a guide beam of each section, and movable tensioning devices are installed on ventilation and conveyor entries. ^ EFFECT: improving technical-and-economic indexes during excavation of coal beds and improving the state of safety measures of operations carried out in a mining face. ^ 6 dwg |
