FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: cuff contains a chamber protective cover comprising a pneumatic chamber and a folded elastic element in the form of an elastic plate. The chamber protective cover is formed by overlaying an internal covering element located on the body side, and an external covering element located on the opposite side, one on another and sewing their edges together. The folded elastic element provided in the chamber protective cover, contains a greater curvature zone and a smaller curvature zone towards wrapping when applied to adjoin to a measurement place. Whereas the pneumatic chamber is not pumped, the internal covering element on a site corresponding to the greater curvature zone of the folded elastic element is stretched towards its width.
