FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: ship is characterised by the fact that the above-water housing volume is not more than displacement. Cruiser aft deck has inclination of above-water board and minimum overhang of aft deck counter allowed by using two-shaft diagram of propeller-rudder system. After screw propellers there installed are horizontal wings of active motion stabilisers on spring-loaded spindles. Geometry of ship's body with deckhouses is determined with enveloping circular cylinder.
