发明名称 METHOD OF APPLYING MULTILAYER WEAR-RESISTANT COATING FOR PRECISION PAIR PARTS
摘要 <p>The invention refers to metallurgy, notably to the processes of vehicle parts reinforcement, and may be used in machine-building (mostly in transport machine-building) during the manufacturing and repair of precision pair parts of hydro fuel equipment, cargo handling equipment, multipliers, etc. The suggested method of obtaining the multilayer wear-resistant coatings for precision pair parts made of stainless steel implies the creation of protective coatings by ion-plasma sputtering. The main peculiarity of the method is as follows: during the repair, a two-layer coating on the basis of nitrides, oxides, carbides of metals and other elements or their conglomerates is sputtered on the internal construct of a precision pair. The internal layer of the variable-thickness coating with microhardness up to 10000 MPa is deposited to restore the size of the part. The external layer with microhardness above 10000 MPa is a protective layer differing by enhanced wear resistance. The above-mentioned method helps obtain a higher-quality coating, i.e. much higher microhardness and adhesion as well as lower roughness. Apart from the restoration of trimming size, the coating differs by improved service properties ensured by enhanced hardness, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, seizure resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as friction coefficient decrease. An exemplary embodiment for implementation of the invention is represented in fig.1.</p>
