FIELD: packing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes aseptic filling of plastic bottle, welding of the first membrane to bottle neck, direct or indirect placement of substance filled into bottle onto welded membrane, fixation of filled substance with the help of another membrane, and connection of the second membrane with the first membrane or bottle neck, installation of locking element on bottle neck in blocked guarantee position during the first opening over formed capsule. Device comprises capsule, at least the first membrane, which as a thermally welded layer for the first temperature range for welding to bottle neck. The first membrane additionally has the second coat of sealing varnish applied onto the second side of the first membrane and corresponding to the second temperature range. ^ EFFECT: method provides for filling of plastic bottle with capsule fixation in process of high-speed filling and sterilisation of liquids in bottle. ^ 16 cl, 2 dwg |
