FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of applying of metallic coatings by carry of coating material by means of cylindrical brush with metallic frieze. Device for application of anticorrosive coat contains cylindrical brush with metallic frieze of width h, contacting to it component from coating material, implemented with ability of axial rotation and unit of component pressing from coating material to periphery of brush. Pressing unit contain guide pipe, inside which co-axial to clearance there are installed in tandem component of coating material in the form of rod, flexible metallic rope and feeding rod. Herewith feeding rod is installed in nut with ability of screw-type gear of rotation for feeding of components from coating material. Brush is shifted in horizontal direction relative to axis of component from coating material at a distance equal to 0.2-0.4 of brush width. Additionally brush is implemented with equally distributed sectors with metallic frieze and sectors without it. ^ EFFECT: increasing of quality and evenness of coating, increasing of adhesive behaviour of coating material, improvement of corrosive, antifriction properties of coating. ^ 2 dwg |
