FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises an oblong case with front end from a delivery and back end opposite thereto. In the case within the front end, there is a first chamber with lyophilisate which is tightly sealed with a demountable shutter on its end turned by the front case, and with a piston - towards the back end of the case. In the case within the back end, there is a second chamber formed or provided with at least one hole which enables to connect the second chamber with external atmosphere and is sealed by a membrane, gas-permeable and bacteria-tight. In the second chamber, there is a carpule containing a solvent and turned from the front end of the case with its side tightly sealed with a movable plug. On the back end of the case, there are working facilities used to interact with the plug of said carpule and provided with retainers that enable said working facilities to move only towards the front end of the case and block the backward movement. Method of preparing a reactant with using said device consists that at first, the piston tightly seals the end of the first chamber opposite to the delivery, then the reactant is introduced through a neck from delivery into the first chamber and lyophilised therein, then the neck is tightly sealed with a shutter. ^ EFFECT: reliable storage of the lyophilised reactant and sterile storage, ensured consecutive opening and connection the first and second supply chambers with a connection element. ^ 43 cl, 9 dwg |
