Proposed windmill comprises two rotors with vertical shafts running in housing furnished with wind-vane guide device secured on rotary platform. Said housing features streamlined drop-like shape constricted by flat elements, from top and bottom. Note here that rotor S-like air intake blades extend beyond housing limits equally on its both sides.
