Perfected catalytic filter of black consists of porous ceramics that has amorphous catalytic phase on at least a portion of porous ceramics, said catalytic phase consisting of oxide glass with addition of alkaline metal comprising Si, Al or combination thereof. Porous ceramics comprises the amount of alkaline metal making at least about 0.1% to at least about 7% by weight of porous ceramics and amorphous catalytic phase. Proposed filter can be formed in contact between porous ceramics, for example mullite, silicon carbide or cordierite, and alkaline metal compound, i.e. silicate, alluminate or aluminosilicate, and in heating to temperature sufficient for formation of amorphous catalytic phase soldered in at least a portion of porous ceramics. ^ EFFECT: improved burning of black deposited on filter. ^ 31 cl |
