The output of the operational amplifier is the output of the device for measuring nonlinear distortions and the output of the differential amplifier is connected to input of the device for measuring nonlinear distortions through a second potentiometre whose sliding contact is connected to a device for measuring effective values. ^ EFFECT: preventing dependency of the value of phase shift on frequency in an amplifier - phase shifter.
