FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for production of binder, containing sulfur and mineral filler, includes mixing sulfur and finely dispersed calcite-containing industrial filler, having initial thinness of less than 60 micrometre, in melt form, at the following ratio of the components: sulfur 35-95%, filler 5-55%, aggregate - the rest. Specified filler in binder may be represented by filter-press cake - waste of sugar production, sludge of chemical water treatment in electric power plants, and specified aggregate is represented by quartz sand. Besides produced sulfur binder may be cooled and packed for its further application in compositions of sulfur concretes or used in melt condition in compositions of sulfur concretes. ^ EFFECT: simplified technological process, provision of production safety, recycling of wastes from certain industries, solution of environmental problems, and also reduction of material expenses. ^ 6 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex |
