<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a screen image suitable for each of a plurality of users and supporting execution of functions, in a system to be used by the users. <P>SOLUTION: A communication processing part 33e receives content of setting when a user executes a function. A history registration part 33b stores history of the set content in a user information DB 36a so as to identify the history for each user. An execution determination part 33c determines whether a certain user executes a function following the same content of setting a predetermined times or more on the basis of the history of set content, and when the determination is affirmative, a candidate processing part 33d stores the content of setting in a user information DB 36a as a setting candidate to be used by the certain user.
