<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent misoperations by a user by transmitting information, in an additional function to the user. <P>SOLUTION: A data storage device is configured to be freely attached/removed to/from a card throttle installed in external equipment, and provided with: a nonvolatile data storage part for storing image data; a processing part for executing a function different from the function for storing the image data; an image generating part for generating information image data as the basis of an image showing at least one information among information related to the executing circumstances of the different function, information related to an environment surrounding the data storage device and information related with setting for executing the different function; and a recording part for recording the information image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
