<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tooth whitening substances. <P>SOLUTION: The tooth whitening substances comprise a single sheet or a laminate formed of a polymer, natural or synthetic fabric, nonwoven fabric, foil, paper, rubber or combination thereof used as a substrate material 26, and two substrates 22A, 22B including a thin layer 24 of peroxide active substances (hydrogen peroxide, calcium peroxide, carbamide peroxide and mixtures thereof) as tooth whitening composition located on the supporting substrate 26.
