<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately join the positions of two components in a joining step without affecting the accuracy of each of the two components. <P>SOLUTION: The soft component 17 is sheared by a corner 15c provided to the hard component 15 while the portions of the two components 15, 17 to be joined which requires positioning are positioned by a mandrel 31.
