PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a data processor permitted to perform access to each of external storage devices to perform access to the external storage devices, and to prevent unauthorized copy of the external storage device, and to reduce a workload of information storage on the external storage device. SOLUTION: A PC terminal 20A includes: a connection means to which an external storage device 30A is connected; an identification information storage means for storing an MAC address 501; and a control means for acquiring a serial NO310 and a setting file 400 from the external storage device 30A, and for acquiring an MAC address 501 from the identification information storage means, and for, when there exists the combination of the acquired serial NO310 and the MAC address 501 in the setting file 400, achieving data processing by performing access to a basic application program 370 and menu information 360 stored in the external storage device 30A.
