<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new taxane-based anticancer agent which has high antitumor activity and high safety. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The taxane compound having an oxetane ring structure is expressed by general formula (1). In addition, a medicine including the compound expressed by the general formula (1), a pharmaceutical composition including the compound expressed by the general formula (1), and a method of treating cancer using the compound expressed by the general formula (1) or the like are disclosed. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>denotes a dialkylaminomethyl group which may have a substituent, R<SP>2</SP>denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R<SP>3</SP>denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R<SP>4</SP>denotes a fluorine atom, a methyl group, an ethyl group or a fluoromethyl group, further in the formula, the sixth place and the seventh place of a partial substructure expressed by formula (2) may be a single bond or a double bond.
