PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camshaft device reducing an outer diameter dimension of a deep groove ball bearing and facilitating assembly. SOLUTION: The device includes a linear shaft body 3, a camshaft 1 having a plurality of cams 4a-4h along an axial direction of the shaft body 3, deep groove ball bearings 2a, 2b rotatably supporting the camshaft 1, and end part members 6, 7 separate from the shaft body 1 and fixed on end parts of the shaft body 1. The end part members 6, 7 includes supported parts 14, 24, and inner ring raceway grooves 13, 23 comprising recessed circumference groove in which a plurality of balls 12, 22 of the deep groove ball bearings 2a, 2b rolls are formed on outer circumferences thereof.
