<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure and a flooring supporter which can relax flooring impact noise while controlling lowering in flooring rigidity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The floor structure 10 is provided with a floor slab 12, an upper flooring 14c, and the flooring supporter 16. The upper flooring 14c is arranged by being upwardly separated from the floor slab 12, and the flooring supporter 16 is supported on the floor slab 12. The flooring supporter 16 has first cushion rubber 18, second cushion rubber 19, an intermediate support member 20, and a supporting bolt 22. The first cushion rubber 18 is supported by the floor slab 12, and the second cushion rubber 19 supported by the first cushion rubber 18 has a lower coefficient of elasticity than the first cushion rubber 18. The intermediate support member 20 is supported by the second cushion rubber 19. The supporting bolt 22 is screwed to the intermediate support member 20 by a screw, and supports the upper flooring 14c. Then the dimension of the first cushion rubber 18 is determined in advance so that a hollow section 18H can be formed on the outside (on the outer peripheral side) of the second cushion rubber 19 in the horizontal direction, and the second cushion rubber 19 undergoes a relief deformation and enters the hollow section 18H when it receives a thrust force in the up-and-down directions.
