<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jumping preventing structure for solving such problems that a pocket opening is fastened with a button to prevent a stored object from jumping out from a chest pocket of a shirt, but it is inconvenient to open and close a pocket opening whenever taking in and out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The jumping preventing structure 35a has an external wall 1a to be a partition in a chest pocket, and a covering wall 2a connected to the upper end of the external wall, and is formed by providing an expansion member 5a expanding portion of a width in a reverse V shape between both the walls. The jumping preventing structure is detachably attached to the chest pocket by providing snaps 20a and 20b on each of positions forming an upper opening width 7a and a lower opening width 8a, between the structure and an upper garment body 40 opposed to the structure, and the vertically penetrating opening space is communicating with a lower space of the chest pocket 41a. A stored object 43a is taken in and out by pushing the external surface of the covering wall and expanding the width of an upper opening portion 9a, and the upper part of the put stored object is put in a state of being always covered by part of the covering wall and is prevented from jumping out.
