<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass remover which improves work efficiency and reduces work load by quickly returning to an original position after removing grass or the like and removing the grass or the like from the root by operation by foot movement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The grass remover 1 includes an operating portion 2, a movable portion 3 rotatably coupled to the other end of the operating portion 2, and biasing means 4 which is attached to the coupling portion of the operating portion 2 and the movable portion and applies biasing force to the movable portion 3. The movable portion 3 has a plucking blade portion 7 in which a notch 7a is formed, a stepping portion 8 which receives force from outside, and a supporting portion 9 disposed therebetween. When the stepping portion 8 is stepped on by a foot, the movable portion 3 rotates forward wherein the supporting portion 9 serves as a pivot point. When the movable portion receives the biasing force of the biasing means 4 which acts in the direction opposite to the forward rotation, the movable portion rotates reversely.
