The invention relates to a dermal patch (1) that comprises an adhesive layer (11) made of a polymer gel and having an adhesive surface (21) to be applied onto the skin, and an active layer (2) having smaller dimensions than those of the adhesive layer, applied onto the adhesive surface and containing the active agent in a solid form and containing one or more active substances. The active layer (2) is capable of releasing active substances via the disintegration thereof induced by the hydration thereof or the addition of any other solvent through the adhesive layer (11). |
