PURPOSE: A tension control apparatus of a cocoon bobbin for an embroidery machine is provided to improve quality of embroidery products by preventing failures rates of bottom threads due to tension difference, and to rapidly and correctly measure the tension of the bottom threads. CONSTITUTION: A tension control apparatus of a cocoon bobbin for an embroidery machine includes a main body(11), a settling unit(12) of a shuttle, a bottom thread discharge roll(13), a guide roll(14), a load cell, a circulation part, a display(16) and a tension adjusting rod(17). The shuttle settling unit is formed on one side of the main body. The bottom thread discharge roll is formed to transfer bottom threads to the settling unit. The guide roll is formed on a location adjacent to the shuttle settling unit. The load cell is connected to a tension measuring roll(15). The display is formed to display the tension of the bottom threads outputted from the circulation part. |
