PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, in a resin composition containing a biodegradable resin, the balance among the impact resistance, heat resistance and processability. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition includes 1-89.5 wt.% of a biodegradable resin (A), 98.5-10 wt.% of a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin (B), and 0.5-10 wt.% of a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester-based plasticizer (C); alternatively, this thermoplastic resin composition includes 1-89 wt.% of a biodegradable resin (A), 98-10 wt.% of a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin (B), 0.5-10 wt.% of a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester-based plasticizer (C) and 0.5-60 wt.% of a (meth)acrylic acid ester (co)polymer (D).
