PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-pneumatic tire without a risk of blowing out while providing soft ride comfort and safe controllability. SOLUTION: The tire 1 is formed with a resilient material such as rubber, wherein an inner circumference ring 2 attached to a rim and an outer circumference ring 3 having a tread 3a and a groove 3b formed on its contact patch are arranged on concentric circles, a cushion layer 6 is formed between them, and long holes 4 of a tilting and curved profile are respectively provided in the cushion layer 6 on both sides of the tire in the circumference direction.
