WORK-PIECE HOLDING DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC ACUPUNCTURE NEEDLE HANDLE WINDING MACHINE

A work-piece holding device for automatic acupuncture needle handle winding machine has plural work-piece clamps (1), a top rod (2) for holding work-piece and a top rod (3) for releasing work-piece. Each work-piece clamp (1) includes a seat body (5), a work-piece clamping component (7) and a spiral spring (8). A working face (15) is formed on the seat body (5), and a through hole (12) is formed on the middle part of the working face (15). A mandrel (14) is installed upwards at an outer edge of the working face (15). The work-piece clamping component (7) is equipped in the through hole (12) by a center rod (17). An embedding hole (19) is formed in a small pressure plate (16) corresponding to the mandrel (14). The work-piece clamping component (7) has a holding position and a loosening position. A top end of the mandrel (14) is matched with the embedding hole (19) of the small pressure plate (7) on the holding position. The small pressure plate (16) on the loosening position is located in a holding embedding groove (20). The device has simple structure, smart design and flexible action, and greatly improves the performance of the winding machine in winding the handle of acupuncture needle.
